It seems to be getting clearer of what Bush expects from his friends. Lies and deceipt and never being found wrong no matter what. Even science cannot be used to show someone did something wrong. The following is from Knight Rider:

But when news of Palmeiro's positive drug test and 10-day suspension by Major League Baseball became public, Bush almost instantly backed the ballplayer, saying Palmeiro spoke truthfully on March 17 when he wagged his finger at the House Government Reform Committee and emphatically denied ever using steroids.

"Rafael Palmeiro is a friend. He testified in public and I believe him," Bush said Monday. "He's the kind of person that's going to stand up in front of the klieg lights and say he didn't use steroids, and I believe him. Still do."

Science must be wrong again about the drug test. I'm sure Bush's intuition of Palmeiro being drug free is as well founded as Senator Frist determining that Shivo was aware of her surroundings with her mushed brain and blind eyes when he "evaluated" her movie debut on the Senate floor. Good thing his intuition was right about weapons of mass destruction. Shoot. Who can believe our intelligence telling us that there were no more weapons and that there never was a nuclear weapon in Africa?? Also, why believe memos stating that Bin Laden (our real enemy and still on the loose) wanted to attack us in the U.S.? Intuition is soooo much better. Intuition allows you to ignore facts. It allows you to say: "I'm not wrong. My intuition tells me I must be right."

I'm pretty sure God is not giving Bush his "intuition." God does not ask us to bomb cities. Only radicals think killing innocent people with bombs and planes is justified by God. Maybe Bush sees too much of himself in Bin Laden to actually have him apprehended or killed. You are with us or against us. Which guy, Bush or Bin Laden, would say such a thing??

Do you know anything about drugs? There are compounds out there that do not contain steroids yet will test positive for them.

In the Washington Post on August 4th:

The anabolic steroid found in Rafael Palmeiro's drug test is a very effective body builder but also one of the easiest to detect in urinalysis and difficult to mask, experts said Wednesday.

The identification of the drug as stanozolol also makes it unlikely it entered Palmeiro's body in a contaminated supplement, as he has suggested.

The chances of that are "virtually zero," said Gary Wadler, a New York University medical professor who serves on the World Anti-Doping Agency committee.

Thw key word here is "virutally", NOT absolutely.-
